Defintions:
•Skin cancer: the disease in which cancer cells are found on the outer layer of your skin. Skin cancer can look many different ways. The most common sign of skin cancer is a change on the skin, such as a growth or a sore that won't heal. Sometime there may be a small lump. This lump can be smooth, shiny and waxy looking, or it can be red or reddish brown. Skin cancer may also appear as a flat red spot that is rough or scaly. See a doctor if you notice changes in the skin.
•Basal type: one of the innermost cells of the deeper epidermis of the skin(this skin cancer is curable)
•Squamous type: an epithelial cell that is flat like a plate and form a single layer of epithelial tissue
•Carcinomas type: an invasive malignant tumor derived from epithelial tissue that tends to metastasize to other areas of the body.
•Melanoma: a benign or malignant skin tumor containing dark pigment, mostly starts in moles or even normal skin.
•Sun Screen: a cream or lotion that helps block out the UV rays, which protects your skin from sunburn and even cancer-NOT TOTALLY!!!
•SunBlock: Almost completey protects the skin from skin cancer and sunburns-works better than sunscreen broadly
